Evaluating Impressive Factors on empowerment In
Industrial- Productive Organizations In Tabriz
Today in very competitive world that thing which is addressed as competitive privilege of companies and organizations is not installing advanced computer but is their human force. The human resources of the most import factor of growth and development of organizations companies and communities the powerfull human force have central role in all aspects of development and is at the first place empowering is a competitive privilege and suitable process for organizations have problems for its execution. The general objectives of this research are addressed as follows:
Ø Recognition and evaluation of impressive factors in staff empowering process in industrial- productive in tabriz
Ø The secondary ains of this research : determinig impressing level of each of these factors( management approaches,
Ø self-efficacy,organization(environment)conditions) in empowerment process.
Ø The final aim: in this research , recognizing available obstacles against staff empowering process two companies(tabriz varagkaran and charkheshgar) in framework of research subject and increasing effectiveness and efficiency of staff by using empowerment process and powerforming of total of organization.
Ø The analysis model of this research is achieved from canungo and cabger model and empowerment as depended variable and factors(management approaches, environmental conditions , self-effecacy ) as independent variable is considered.
Ø This research is applied from viewpoint of aim and is descriptive-pavement from viewpoint of manner and has been executed in 2 companies ( varagkaran and charkheshgar) in tabriz t-test has been used for surveying meaningful research variables and person correlation test for measuring intensity and variables meaningful level releation and regression and pathway analysis : for surveying impression effect of esch of independent variables on depended variable and getting their direct and indirect effects , and the following results have been deriven:
Ø the most impressive factor in empowerment proess of company staff of varagkaran and charkheshgar ,co in tabriz is management approaches factor with total effect(0.966)
Ø factor of organization(environment) conditions with total effect level(0.689) is at the second rank
Ø self-effecacy factor with total effect level(0.576) is at the third rank
